家蚕茧干燥配温工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 蚕茧干燥配温工艺,是根据蚕茧干燥规律,遵循前高后低的原则,而关键在于恰当地把握各温度段的持续时间。研究认为:目前条件下,直干工艺总历时在4.5~5.0h为宜,其中各温度段的持续时间比应为:预热升温段占19.3%,105℃段占22.5%,100℃及每5℃降差后的各段,分别为:13.5%、13.1%、9.8%、10.7%、7.0%和4.1%;二次干配温应按烘次分设,其中头烘总需2.5h左右,又:预热升温段占31.3%,105℃段占36.7%,100℃段占22%,95℃作机动,以半干茧出灶烘率适宜为度,二烘共用3.0~3.5h,预热升温段占25%,90℃段占24.4%,85℃及以下各段分别为12.2%、13.9%、13.9%、6.7%和2.8%。 The temperature-disposed technology of cocoon drying follows the principle that the temperature is high at the beginning and low at the end,but the key is how to appropriately control the sustaining time of the various temperature periods.The results of the study by the author show that the appropriate drying time is 4.5-5.0 h when the single process drying system is used at present,and that the ratio of the sustained time in various temperature periods is:preheated period for 22.5%,105℃ period 19.3%,and the ratios for 100℃ period and the periods of every 5℃ difference dropped are 13.5%,13.1%, 9.8%,10.7%,7.0% and 4.1% respectively;But the temperature disposed is different based on the drying times when the double-process drying system is used.The total time of the first drying is about 2.5 h,and the preheated period accounts for 31.3%,105℃ period 36.7%,100℃ period 22%,95℃ period is kept in reserve,and the half drying cocoons are taken as appropriate drying percentage out of the cocoon kitchen range;The secondary drying costs 3-3.5 h,in which the preheated period accounts for 25%,90℃ period 24.4%,85℃ period and the periods under 85℃ 12.2%,13.9%,13.9%,6.7% and 2.8% respectively.
