摘要
经过对培肥13年的长期定位试验研究表明,单施化肥能使脲酶活性平均提高60.1%,单施秸杆能使脲酶、转化酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高44.2%、10.34%和8.24%。化肥与秸杆配合的酶活性不仅高于无肥处理,而且高于单施化肥和单施秸杆的酶活性。两种土壤上5cm地温与3种酶的活性均达极显著正相关关系。
The study on a 13-year long-term fertilizing location experiment indicates that application of chemical fertilizer alone increases the activities of urease by 60.1%,application of straw alone increases the activities of urease,invertase and catalase by 44.2%,10.34% and 8.24% respectively.The enzyme activities of cooperative application of chemical fertilizer and straw are not only greater than that of the control,but also greater than that of applying chemical fertilizer alone or straw alone.The activities of three kinds of enzyme are positively correlated with soil temperature at 5cm depth in the 2 types of soil at significant levels of 1%.The effects of soil texture on the activities of different enzymes have no constant rules.
