摘要
近年来在沥青路面养护中采用了一种新的结构形式——乳化沥青冷再生基层,但由于没有统一的规范要求,施工质量难以保证。文中结合国内外已有的研究,阐述了乳化沥青冷再生基层混合料配合比设计工作。结果表明,通过合理的配合比设计,所设计的混合料具有较高的力学性能,优良的高温稳定性及水稳定性,能够指导施工作业。
Recently a new kind of structural form was adopted in maintaining bitumen-lined road surface cold rebirth substrate of emulsified bitumen, but there is no uniform criterion requirement, so it is difficult to guarantee construction quality.This article researches at home and abroad, specifies the proportioning and production design of mixed material in the cold rebirth substrate of emulsified bitumen. The results show that with the adoption of reasonable design, the mixed materials have high mechanical properties, excellent high temperature stability and water stability o At the same time, the proportioning and production design can guide construction, and provide specific technical indicator for construction quality.
