摘要
目的:探讨血清一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平在煤工尘肺(CWP)发生发展中的意义。方法:采用硝酸还原酶法检测50名CWP患者及50名健康对照者血清NO、总NOS和iNOS水平。结果:CWP患者血清NO、总NOS和iNOS均明显高于健康人群(P<0.05);随工龄延长,CWP患者血清NO、总NOS及iNOS水平有升高趋势,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);不同期别CWP患者血清NO、总NOS和iNOS水平比较无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:血清NO及NOS水平与煤工尘肺的发生发展有关。
Objective:To study the significance of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthases (NOS) level in development of pneumoconiosis coal workers (CWP).Methods:Nitrate reductase method was used to detect the NO, total NOS and iNOS level in serum of 50 CWP patients and 50 healthy people.Results:The NO, total NOS and iNOS level in serum of CWP patients were obviously higher than healthy people (P〈0.05); Along with length of service, the NO, total NOS and iNOS level in serum of CWP patients gradually increased, but there had no obvious differences (P〉0.05); And there also had no obvious differences between CWP patients in different stage (P〉0.05).Condusions:The level of NO and NOS in serum has relations with development of CWP.
