摘要
综述了KCl在诱导亲海胆排放精卵、八腕幼虫附着变态、稚海胆剥离方面的应用;0.1~0.5mol/L的KCl可刺激亲海胆性腺强烈收缩而排放精卵;100mmol/L的KCl诱导处理红海胆八腕幼虫5min即可全部变态为正常的稚海胆;50~80mmol/L的KCl剥离稚红海胆在30min以内是安全、可靠、有效的。
Application of KCl to induce the release of sexual product, settlement and metamorphosis of 8-arm larvae and strip the juvenile sea urchin was reviewed. Application of KCl can improve the sea urchin seedling rearing technique. 0.1~0.5mol/L KCl can stimulate the strong systole of sexual gland and release of sexual product. After 5 minute treatment by 100 m mol/L KCl, the 8-arm larvae of red sea urchin can be induced to normal juvenile. It is safe and effective for stripping of juvenile red sea urchin when it is treated by 50~80m mol/L KCl for less than 30 minute, normally 10 minute is enough.
