从地质工程实践看“三质(值)”平衡

Understanding and implementation of balance among geology,material and value from practice of geological engineering

地质工程是人类重要的工程实践活动之一,直接指向自然界。它涉及到人类的需要(价值)、工程指向的客体(地质)和建造的工程体(物质)三个方面。分别讨论了工程活动承载的价值、地质、物质的内涵及其它们之间的相互关系。研究认为,价值、地质、物质之间的平衡(简称"三质(值)"平衡)事关人地关系的和谐相处。提出了"三质(值)"平衡的策略。

Geological engineering is one of the most important practical engineering activities in human society, which is related to nature directly. It involves with three aspects ： the need of human - being （ value）, the object pointed to by engineering （geology）, and engineering property of building （material）. meanings and relationships of the value, geology, and material of the geological activity, the value, geology, and material as the harmonious existing related to the human-being This paper discusses the regards the balance among and geology and puts for-wards the strategies of the balance of “three aspects” .
