摘要
本文主要研究了在二灰土中掺入不同比例的钢渣后其抗压回弹模量的变化。作者首先对混合料进行均匀试验设计,在此基础上再对其进行正交试验。试验结果表明,随着钢渣掺量的增加,石灰粉煤灰稳定钢渣土的抗压回弹模量呈先增大后减小的趋势。这说明当钢渣掺量适当(20%~40%)时,能明显提高石灰粉煤灰稳定钢渣土的抗压回弹模量。此外,综合分析得出二灰土掺钢渣最终的最佳配合比,为实际工程中钢渣的广泛应用提供理论依据。
Variation of the compression rebound modulus of a two-ash soil mixed with steel slag has been researched in this article. On the basis of the uniform experimental design for the mixed materials, an orthogonal experiment has been done. The test results show that the compression rebound modulus of the lime-fly-ash stabilization soil with steel slag tends to increase at first and then decrease with the increment of the content of steel slag. The results indicated that the compression rebound modulus of the lime-fly-ash stabilization soil can be greatly enhanced when the proportion of steel slag is proper (20%~40%).In addition, the final optimum mixture ratio of the two-ashes soil mixed with steel slag has comprehensively been analyzed also. This result could provide a theoretical basis for the application of steel slag to practical engineering.
