社区获得性肺炎(CAP)是影响人们身体健康的一种常见疾病,具有较高的医疗费用和死亡率,各级医院对CAP的诊治水平不同,临床医生迫切需要规范CAP的诊治。目前实施的CAP单病种质量管理标准具有简明、实用的特点,对CAP的诊断、入院、治疗、疗效评估、出院时间和医疗费用等环节进行监督,从而有效提高CAP的诊疗水平,缩短住院时间,降低死亡率。临床医生不但要积极遵循CAP的质量管理标准的指导,还应主动参与CAP质量管理标准的进一步完善工作。

Community acquired pneumonia（CAP） is one of the common diseases which influence public health,it has a higher medical care cost and mortality rate in inpatient CAP. The level of diagnosis and treatment for CAP is different among hospitals. There is emergent demand for clinical doctors to standardize the diagnosis and treatment for CAP. Nowadays,implemental standard for CAP single disease quality management has simple and practical character, it can effectively improve diagnosis and treatment level, decrease mortality rate, shorten inpatient time through surveillance each links of CAP, such as ： admission, diagnosis,treatment, curative effect evaluation, check out time and medical care cost. Clinical doctor should not only follow the standard guide, but also positively take part in the works for perfecting the standard.
