摘要
慢性气道过敏疾病发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,其发病机制和患病率增加的因素不明,过敏性疾病发生与遗传、环境和生活方式有关。哮喘和过敏性鼻炎患者的生活质量明显降低,同时有较重的经济负担。目前慢性气道过敏疾病治疗包括抗组胺药、糖皮质激素、免疫治疗和生物技术等。
The trends in mobidity and mortality of chronic airway diseases is increasing. Although allergy diseases are related to heredity, environment and life style, the exact mechanisms and determining factors in prevalence is unclear The life quality of patients who suffered from asthma or/and allergic rhinitis showed low, and associated with heavier burden. Currently, the treatments of chronic airway diseases include antihistamines, eorticosteroids, allergen immunotherapy and biotechnology.
