静脉留置针用于肿瘤与白血病患者化疗的临床效果评价

Clinical observation of intravenous catheter system in cancer and leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的观察静脉留置针在肿瘤与白血病患者化疗的应用效果,以推行白血病患者化疗使用静脉留置针。方法将60例肿瘤化疗患者分成A1、A2组各30例,60例白血病化疗患者分为B1、B2组各30例,A1、B1组采用密闭式静脉留置针(BDintimallTMY型),A2,B2组采用7号头皮针。结果在穿刺成功、药物渗漏、预防静脉炎等方面,A1与B1组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但效果明显优于A2、B2组(P<0.05)。结论白血病患者应用留置针与肿瘤患者有同样的效果,可以提高静脉穿刺成功率,避免重复穿刺,保护血管,预防静脉炎,有效减轻患者痛苦并提高工作效率和护理质量。

Objective The purpose of the study is to observe the effect of intravenous catheter system in cancer and leukemia patients under treatment of chemotherapy. Methods Sixty cases of tumor patients treated with chemotherapy were randomized into group A1 （n = 30） and group A2 （n = 30}. Sixty cases of leukemia patients were randomly allocated to group B1（ n = 30） and group B2 （ n = 30）. Patients in A1 and B1 were treated with intravenous catheter system BDintimall TM Y, and Patients in A2 and B2 were treated with regular intravenous needles. Results There was no significant difference in terms of technique failure, drug leakage, prophylaxis of phlebitis, recovery after drug leakage and psychological concerns of patients between A1 and B1. A1 and B1 are superior than A2 and B2 in avoiding failure, drug leakage, preventing phlebitis, recovery after drug leakage and the psychological concerns of patients. Conclusions The application of intravenous catheter system in tumors and leukemia patients under chemotherapy is efficient to increase success rate of venepuncture） avoiding repeated puncture） preventing phlebitis and alleviating the suffering of patients. Meantime, it could reduce the workload of nurses and improve the quality of care.
