一体化诊疗服务模式在睡眠呼吸疾患2100例诊疗中的应用

The application of service model of integrative diagnosis and treatment in 2100 patients with sleep-disordered breathing

目的探讨睡眠呼吸疾患的诊疗服务模式。方法采用多学科参与的一体化诊疗服务模式对"四川省睡眠呼吸疾患诊疗中心"2100例睡眠呼吸疾患患者进行诊断与治疗。结果诊断单纯性鼾症482例,OSAHS轻度275例、中度527例、重度816例;治疗半年后复查疗效,显效926例(63%),有效413例(28%),无效127例(9%),失访152例。结论一体化诊疗服务模式方便了患者,把控了诊疗质量,有着良好发展前景。

Objective To discuss the service model of the Integrative diagnosis and treatment in patient with sleep-disordered breathing. Methods To adopt service model of the Integrative diagnosis and treatment to diagnose and treat 2100 patients with sleep-disordered breathing in the sleep-disordered breathing clinic centre of Sichuan province. Results There were 482 snoring and 1618 OSAHS,in which 275 were mild,527 were moderate and 816 were severe. The patients with OSAHS were treated for 6 months ,in which there were 926 markedly effective（ 63% ） ,413 effective（ 28% ） and 127 invalid（ 9% ）, Lost of follow up 152. Conclusions The service model of the Integrative diagnosis and treatment is convenient for patients,in favor of quality control, which have good prospects for development.
