摘要
目的观察高压氧救治地震伤气性坏疽伤员过程中快速消毒隔离措施效果。方法将氧舱工作区划分为清洁区、半污染区、污染区;工作人员穿戴隔离衣帽;高压氧治疗中,污染的物体表面、地面采用500 mg/L含氯消毒剂消毒,紫外线照射及3%过氧乙酸熏蒸;治疗结束舱内反复消毒、取样。结果16例伤员均创面治愈,无交叉感染;舱内空气和培养细菌无菌生长。结论严格规范的消毒隔离措施能够有效地防止交叉感染。
Objective To observe the effect of fast infection and isolation measures in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy rescure procedure for gas gangrene patients injured by earthquake. Methods The Oxygen chamber was divided into clean area, semi-polluted area, the contaminated area. The working staff wear gown and headgear. During Hyperbaric oxygen therapy procedure, the contaminated surface and floor were decontaminated by 500 mg / L chlorine antiseptic, ultraviolet radiation and 3% peracetic acid fumigation. Repeated disinfection and sampling to culture after use to confirm no cross-contamination and free of bacterials. Results Patients recovered, no crossing infection occurred, and chamber samples culture showed no bacteria grow. Conclusions Crossing infection can be prevented effectively with strict infection and isolation measures.
