摘要
目的了解参加我院专科医师培训的学员对入训教育安排的满意度,为医院评价入训教育组织管理和带教师资的能力和素质提供依据,促进专科医师尽快融入医院组织和专科医师规范化培训的顺利开展。方法采用自制问卷调查表对30名"社会人"身份的专科医师培训学员进行问卷调查,对各项目的满意度进行评分。结果学员对入训教育总体满意度,平均分值为(4.07±0.58)分,最满意的5项依次为"心肺复苏的进展"、"心肺复苏术的操作与实践"、"气管插管术的操作与实践"、"医疗活动中的人际交流与沟通"、"电除颤术的操作与实践";不同性别、不同毕业院校的学员对本次入训教育的满意度差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),而不同年龄的学员对本次入训教育的满意度明显不同(P>0.05),年龄20~25岁组满意度高于年龄25岁以上组(P>0.05)。结论入训教育基本切合学员的需求,学员对入训教育的组织管理总体上满意度较高;对操作实践性的培训项目满意度高于多数理论性的讲授项目;入训教育培训需要注意针对学员的不同年龄把握培训的不同方式。
Objective To understand degree of satisfaction on pre-job-training from the specialist doctors trainees ,so as to promote the management of specialist doctors training in the hospital. Methods 30 specialist doctors trainees have been questioned about the 15 items of pre-job-training. The degree of satisfaction is graded into 5 degrees according to scores of 5,4,3,2, 1. Then the data have been done statistical analysis. Results All of the specialist doctors trainees'degree of satisfaction are high, mean score is 4. 07 ±0. 58. The most satisfactory 5 items are "the progress of PCR" ," practice of PCR", "practice of trachea cannula " ,"interpersonal communication in medical action" and" practice of defibrillation", there is no otherness between males and females ( P 〉 0.05 ) . there is no otherness between different graduated colleges groups (P 〉 0. 05 ) . The degree of satisfaction of 20^-25 years old group is higher than the other group which are more than 25 years old ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The pre-job-training basically fits the specialist doctors trainees' demand. The degree of satisfaction on arrangement and management of the pre-job-training is high.. The specialist doctors trainees are more satisfactory on practical items than most of theoritical items. The trainers should take different training way accoding to different years old trainees.
