Computer application has reached many aspects of people＇s daily work. The MIS, which is based on the modem network technology and computer technology, is a functional system which is developed while coping with the need of the speed, accuracy and decision demand of information management. Manage services and meet the information demand of management axe its ultimate aims. The experience of our own practices is combined to explore this issue in this paper.
