摘要
依据系统工程原理,按照最佳模拟配合法的要求,利用二次正交旋转组合设计的筛选方法建立数学模型,并应用计算机模拟寻优,研究了文心兰组培快繁最佳培养基配方及最适环境条件,提高文心兰组培快繁术的速度。
Based on system engineering principles and in line with the requirement of simulating optimum combination, the mathematical model was established by using eening methods of quadratic orthogonal gyrating design test. It combined with the utilization of computer simulation to seek the optimization contribute to the research of optimum substratum formula and optimal environment conditions for oneidium rapid reproduction, which also speed up the oneidium tissue culture rapid reproduction technology.
