摘要
目的探讨在医用三维可视化技术基础上进行模拟手术规划的方法。方法首先在三维空间内生成一条可以变化的曲线,曲线上有几个操作点,然后通过操作点来控制调整曲线,并且可以在曲线上增加和减少操作点,最后根据规划好的曲线计算手术刀的切割角度,合理布置手术刀,方便以后的手术切割过程。结果该手术规划系统已经在医院手术规划研究平台上得以应用,效果满意。结论模拟手术规划系统的医学图像处理系统对于熟练手术操作步骤、减少手术风险具有重要意义和使用价值。
Objective To establish a virtual surgery system based on three-dimensional visualization technique which can help the doctors to plot the surgery. Methods A curve was created on the 3D space, and some points added on the curve adjusted by controlling the points which could be added and deleted. The angle could be computed according to the final curves, thus to place the scalpel to give convenience to the real surgery. Results The virtual surgery system was used in hospital, and the results were satisfied. Conclusion The virtual surgery system added to medical image process system is helpful to decrease risk of surgical operation.
