钼对高强度船板钢变形后连续冷却转变的影响 被引量:8

摘要 在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上采用热膨胀法结合硬度测试得到加钼和不加钼两种高强度船板钢变形后的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜等观察了相应的组织转变特征,研究了钼元素对高强度船板钢CCT曲线及显微组织的影响。结果表明:在高强度船板钢中加入质量分数为0.2%的钼后,扩大了其CCT曲线中的贝氏体转变区,并且使铁素体和珠光体转变区右移;在相同的冷却速率下贝氏体中的M/A岛数量较多,尺寸较大,分布更加均匀弥散。 The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of the Mo-bearing and Mo-free high strength ship plate steels were measured by means of Vickers-hardness measurement and thermal dilation method on the Gleeble-3800 thermo-simulation machine. The mierostructure transformation character was observed by optical microscopy, SEM and TEM The influence of Mo on microstructure and CCT curves of the high strength structural ship plate steel was studied. The results show that the transition zone of bainite in the CCT curve was widened and the transition zones of ferrite and pearlite were moved towards the right when 0. 2% Mo was added. In addition. In bainite the size of martensite/austenite island (M/A) was larger, the quantity of M/A island was more and the distribution of M/A island was more even and dispersive at the same cooling rate.
