摘要
研究了SiCP均匀增强、SiCP集中增强、(Si3N4)P网络骨架增强以及碳纤维三维编织增强等铝基复合材料的常规力学性能。结果表明,相比于均匀颗粒增强的材料,SiCP集中增强的材料模量较低,但强度较高;Si3N4网络骨架增强材料强度提升很大,但作为增强体的Si3N4网络骨架对模量增强的贡献与均匀颗粒增强的材料相近;连续碳纤维增强材料的模量和强度与预测值都有很大差距。比较实验结果发现,SiCP集中增强材料综合性能较好,双重增强结构成功达到了设计的目的,使得材料同时兼备了较好的强度、刚度和韧塑性。
The mechanical properties of 6061A1 composites with uniform reinforcement of SiCp, centralized reinforcement of SiCp/6061A1, Si3N4 net reinforcement and 3-D weaving carbon fibre were investigated. The results indicate that compared with the uniform reinforced composite, the centralized reinforced composite shows lower Young's modulus but higher strength; the Si3N4 net reinforced composite has rapid increase of strength, but it is inefficient in improving the modulus; the carbon fibre reinforced composite has both low modulus and strength. The centralized reinforced composite fits the demand of design perfectly.
