激光熔凝处理20CrNi钢轧辊的组织及性能

摘要 采用5kW连续CO2激光器对20CrNi钢进行激光熔凝处理,并对显微组织、硬度、抗回火性及耐磨性进行分析。结果表明,激光熔凝区和相变硬化区生成马氏体组织,熔凝区硬度明显提高。20CrNi钢经激光熔凝处理后,由于细晶强化及合金元素的固溶强化作用,抗回火性明显提高。20CrNi钢的磨损机制是疲劳剥落及犁削,激光熔凝处理后耐磨性显著提高,磨损表面平整,磨痕较浅。 Laser surface remelting on 20CrNi steel roller was performed with a 5 kW continuous wave CO2 laser, the microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of laser melted zone and transformation hardening zone are martensite structure, and the hardness of laser melted zone improves significantly. After laser surface melting the tempering resistance improves obviously due to refined grain and solution strengthening. The wear mechanism of 20CrNi steel is fatigue spalling and ploughing. The wear resistance of 20CrNi steel improves by laser surface melting and the worn surface is fiat with shallow grinding crack.
