原发性局灶节段性肾小球硬化症的治疗

摘要 原发性局灶节段性肾小球硬化症（FSGS）是较常见的慢性肾小球疾病，占我国成人原发性肾小球疾病的9％，患者常以大量蛋白尿起病，常伴有镜下血尿、肾小管功能受损、高血压和肾功能不全，很容易发展成终末期肾衰竭。大量蛋白尿、低白蛋白血症、高脂血症和严重水肿使患者更易患感染、深静脉血栓形成等并发症，这些并发症不仅给治疗带来困难，也是加速肾功能恶化甚至直接导致死亡的主要原因。
