摘要
去年,全国大部分的乡镇完成了村干部的换届选举。列举了目前村级干部队伍存在的突出问题,分析了出现这些问题的主要原因,提出了提升我国村级干部队伍素质的相应对策。
The election at expiration of office terms for village-level leaders in most villages and towns was finished in 2008. This paper pointed out the problems existed in the current village-level leaders and analyzed the main causes for these problems. Finally this paper put forward the specific countermeasures on how to improve the quality of village-level leaders in China.
