加强新时期高校学生党建工作的几点思考

On Strengthening Party Construction of University Students in New Era

高校学生党员是我党新生力量的重要来源。学生党员的质量对我党的建设和发展至关重要。从部分大学生党员的入党动机、理想信念、价值观念以及管理几方面剖析了目前高校学生党建工作中存在的问题及原因,提出了把好学生党员发展关、教育关和管理关等对策,以保证高校学生党员的质量,保持共产党员的先进性。

The Chinese Communist Party （CCP） members, also university students, are the important source of new force for our party. Therefore, the quality of student CCP members is very important for the construction and development of our party. This paper analyzes the problems and causes in the party construction of university students from such aspects as motivation to join the party, ideals and beliefs, values and management by some student CCP members. This paper also puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the student CCP members＇ concept in development, education and management so as to guarantee the quality of university student CCP members and maintain the advancement of CCP members
