基于逆向工程与SLS技术的环氧树脂模具制造研究

摘要 研究以摩托车后视镜为初始模型,利用逆向工程和SLS快速成型技术制造环氧树脂快速模具的方法。详细叙述从模型数据采集、CAD建模、母模的制造、环氧树脂模具的制造直到产品试制的整个实验过程,证实这种基于逆向工程和SLS快速原型制造技术的环氧树脂模具制造过程及思路的可行性和优越性。 A motorcycle back mirror was taken as original object,one manufacturing method of epoxy mould using reverse engineering and SLS rapid prototyping technology was researched.The whole experimental course from collecting object model data,reconstructing CAD model,manufacturing master pattern,manufacturing epoxy mould to trial manufacturing products was all introduced.It is verified that this manufacturing method of epoxy mould based on reverse engineering and SLS technology is feasible and superior.
