耐高温铁基合金熔覆材料的研究

摘要 对耐高温铁基合金粉末的成分及其熔覆层的性能进行研究。用配有能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察熔覆层的组织并测定微区元素成分,用XRD分析粉末和熔覆层的物相,通过硬度、高温处理、高温氧化、磨损等试验测试熔覆层的相关性能。研究可耐较高温度的铁基合金粉末的成分。试验表明,该材料经750℃高温处理后,仍能保持原熔覆层的硬度,且耐磨性和抗高温氧化性能良好。 The composition and properties of high temperature resisting iron alloy coating were analyzed.The morphology as well as the micro-area composition of the coating was investigated by scanning electron microscope with the energy spectrometer.The phase constitution of the coating was detected by X-ray diffraction.The hardness,high temperature treatment,high temperature oxidation and wear resistance properties were tested on the coatings.The composition of the iron alloy powder which can resist relatively high temperature was determined. The hardness is relatively higher,and high temperature oxidation and wear resistance properties are excellent after high temperature treating at 750 ℃.
