热固性树脂基玄武岩纤维复合材料性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究树脂基玄武岩纤维增强复合材料的力学性能,对两批四组试件分别进行冲压式剪切试验,研究每组复合材料试件在准静态下的剪切强度。结果表明:玄武岩纤维增强复合材料在受准静态剪切载荷时,主要破坏形式表现为纤维的拉伸破坏、基体碎裂和分层;不同树脂基体影响复合材料板的剪切强度大小,而不同树脂含量主要影响其承载历程和载荷-应变关系,但树脂含量较低时更会突显玄武岩纤维性能的离散性。 In order to study mechanical properties of basalt-fiber composites reinforced by thermosetting resin.Samples were made by different resin matrix and different content.And then press-shear strength experiments were done.Results show that,under quasi-static shear load,main failure forms of basalt fiber reinforced composites are tensile failure of fiber,cataclase of resin and lamination crack.It can be seen that different resin affects shear strength,and different content mainly affects load- time curve and load-de^omlation relation of composites, but discreteness appears obviously when resin is at lower levels.
