强化胰岛素治疗脓毒症患者应激性高血糖疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 脓毒症患者易于出现高能量消耗、高分解代谢等代谢紊乱。应激性高血糖是指机体受创伤后体内激素失衡引起反应性血糖升高，高血糖是增加脓毒症病死率原因之一 。笔者对96例脓毒症患者进行随机对照研究，以观察强化胰岛素控制脓毒症患者血糖可否改善其预后。
