摘要
借助于虚拟样机技术及其支持的UG和ADMAS软件,建立4V-105柴油机的曲柄连杆机构的模型,通过对该机构进行动态模拟,获得了4V-105柴油机工况运行时的特性数据,并与实验数据对比,验证模型的工程应用性,为分析该型号柴油机曲轴可靠性提供了有价值的依据。
With the help of virtual prototyping and the software of UG and ADAMS which virtual prototyping supports, the model of the crank linkage of the 4V-105 diesel Engines was established. Through the dynamic simulation of the model, the characteristics data of 4V-105 diesel engine running in different condition was saved, comparison with experimental data,authentication model of engineering applications ,which provides valuable reference for the analysis of reliability of crankshaft of 4V-105 diesel engine.
