摘要
分析了发动机机体两端面孔的工艺性,改进了原工艺方法,设计了发动机机体两端面孔加工的七轴组合镗床,该组合机床的镗刀杆采用液压支承技术来提高镗刀杆的刚度。经生产实践证明,机床运行良好,完全达到和超过发动机机体的设计要求。
Processing technique of holes in the body two-side of engines is analyzed, the old processing technique methods are improved, and a high-precision seven axles combined boring machine used for the processing mentioned above is designed. Whose boring bars are sustained by hydraulic jar for increasing rigidity. Production practice proves that the tool works well and it can meet or exceed the requirement of manufacturing diesel cylinder block.
