摘要
运用PLC全面对矿井提升继电器-接触器控制系统进行改造,简介有关PLC改造设备布置形式及使用情况。对主井提升减速机存在问题,通过主、副提升减速机运转状况对比,同一型号电机转速检测,分析查找出问题原因,利用PLC改造有利条件解决。
An all-out carry was innovation by PLC to relay-contactor control system of mine hoist,the facicities layout form of innovation by PLC and to use situation.Exist question on the main mine hoist decelerator,by contrasts of turn condition of the main-auxiliary mine hoist decelerator and checks of rotation speed of the same model mator,analysing found out the problem reason,besed on the favourable conditions of innovation by PLC to solve.
