摘要
现代工矿企业用电情况复杂,各种机电设备的驱动程序和通信标准存在多样性,这增加了设备间的通信和系统自动化集成的难度。针对上述问题,探讨了Modbus协议在自动化工业网络通信控制系统中的应用,并给出了Modbus协议在由TK200、PLC、工控机等组成的数控网络系统中的应用实例。
At present, the environment to make use of electricity is very complicated in modern industrial and mining enterprises. The diversity existed in electrical and mechanical equipment drivers and communication standards. These increased difficulty of the communication between the equipments and automatically integration of system. In response to these questions, the communication control system in industrial automation network protocol based on Modbus is discussed. It gives an instance to apply Modbus protocol to the CNC system which composed of TK200, PLC, and industrial computer network.
