汽车电动助力转向单片机控制系统设计与试验研究

摘要 通过对车辆电动助力转向系统的结构及其动力特性进行分析,建立其数学模型,采用飞利浦公司的8位高性能微控制器P87C591,自主设计了一种自调整因子的模糊控制电动助力转向系统,并进行了实车试验。结果表明,自主设计研发的EPS助力效果明显.与进口EPS性能十分接近。 Based on analyzing structure of electrical power steering system and its dynamical characteristics, the mathematical model is established. A new self-adjusted fuzzy control system is designed. Comparison experiments are carried out on one vehicle equipped without EPS and with the self-developed EPS and the imported EPS, respectively. The results of road test indicate that the self-developed EPS not only works well,but also has similar performance to that of the imported one.
