摘要 采用虚拟样机技术,以某一具体前推连杆式自卸车为例,在ADAMS中建立了该车辆的举升机构虚拟样机模型,对其进行了仿真,并对举升力、干涉角等参数进行了分析。为获得更好的举升性能,在举升机构参数化变量的基础上进行了优化仿真。仿真结果表明,在举起相同质量的货物和满足各种约束条件的情况下,液压缸的举升力比优化前降低了16%左右,另外还开发了自卸车举升机构的图形用户化界面,实现了可视化设计,以方便用户使用。 Using virtual prototyping technology, the virtual prototype model of the forward-push lifting mechanism of a dump truck is established and simulated in ADAMS. The parameters such as lifting force, interference angle are analyzed. In order to obtain better lifting performance, the design variables are selected, and the optimization simulation is done. The optimization result shows that the lifting force of hydraulic cylinder reduces by about 16% compared with the original value in the same condition( cargo weight, constraints). In order to facility consumer use, the graphic user interface of design and optimization of lifting mechanism is developed ,which realizes the visualization design. The application of virtual prototyping in product development can improve product quality, shorten development cycle, and reduce costs.
