摘要
对ZS1110型柴油机表面辐射噪声源进行了声学近场频谱分析,找出主要辐射噪声源,设计隔声处理方案对声辐射表面进行降噪,并与阻尼降噪方法进行对比。试验结果表明:采用隔声处理后整机噪声降低1.4 dB(A),相比较阻尼降噪方法,隔声处理降噪效果更好。
The noise radiation from ZS1110 diesel engine surface is measured and analyzed with near field spectral analysis. After the measurement, the main noise radiation sources are found out. Experiments of sound insulation and damping are carried out in this paper. Experimental results show that sound insulation is more efficient than damping in noise reduction. The engine noise is reduced 1.4 dB(A) by the sound-insulating treatment.
