摘要
开发了基于TMS320F2812金属带式无级变速器的电控系统的硬件和软件,并引入了软件分层模块思想,在速比和金属带的夹紧力控制方面,设计了一套基于被控对象参数反馈的控制系统。并利用Matlab/Simulink自动代码生成功能,将速比及夹紧力控制的Simulink图生成可执行的C代码。试验结果表明,所设计的电控系统能很好地满足实际需要。
The design of electronic control unit based on TMS320F2812 for metal belt CVT, including the hardware integration and software compilation was presented and the method of layered-module software was introduced. A control method based on target parameter feedback was developed to control the speed ratio and clamping force. The C code autogeneration function of Matlab/Simulink was used to generate executive C code from ratio and clamping force Simulink graph. Many tests prove that the electronic control unit can totally meet the practical demands very well.
