摘要
通过对一拖Fiat拖拉机变速箱高低挡拨叉的加工工艺分析,查找出问题的原因,并通过工艺优化试验和改进试验的研究,验证了新工艺的优点。此工艺改进对拨叉类零件加工具有一定的借鉴性。
The paper analyzed the machining process of fiat tractor gearbox high-low shifter-fork. The reasons of the problem are found out, and the process optimization test and improved experimental study on the gearbox high-low shift fork are carried on, the advantages of the new machining process are verified. This process improvement has certain reference to the machining process for fork parts.
