封端型水溶性聚氨酯对纯棉针织物的抗起毛起球整理

Anti-fuzzing and pilling finish of cotton knitted fabric with blocking water-soluble polyurethane

介绍了封端型水溶性聚氨酯的合成方法,并将其对纯棉针织物进行抗起毛起球整理.探讨了整理剂用量、焙烘温度及时间对整理后纯棉织物性能的影响,并确定了最佳工艺条件:整理液pH值8,整理剂用量120g/L,150℃焙烘90s.织物经其处理后,起毛起球现象大大降低,起毛起球等级从2.5级提高到4.0级,且织物的手感和白度不受其影响.

The synthetic method of blocking water-soluble polyurethane was introduced, and it was applied to anti-fuzzing and pilling finish of cotton knitted fabric. The effects of finishing agent dosage, curing temperature and time on the properties of finished cotton fabric were discussed. The optimum conditions were determined： pH value of finishing liquor was 8, 120 g/L of finishing agent dosage, cured at 150 ℃ for 90 s. The anti-fuzzing and pilling phenomena of finished fabric surface was greatly decreased, the level was improved from grade 2.5 to grade 4.0. The handle and the whiteness of fabric were not affected.
