摘要
采用有机溶剂法合成了3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTA)阳离子改性剂,将其用于棉纤维的改性,测试了改性后纤维对磺酸铁酞菁(FePcS)的负载性能.通过正交试验与极差分析,确定了改性的最佳工艺条件:CHPTA 50g/L,NaOH15g/L,90℃反应60min;负载最佳工艺条件:FePcS0.4g/L,pH=4,95℃反应80min.在此最优工艺条件下,负载量可达到1.90%.
3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride (CHPTA), a cationic modifier, was synthesized using the organic solvent method and used for modification of cotton fiber. Loading capability of modified fiber to Fe-sulfo phthalocyanine (FePcS) was tested. By orthogonal experiments and range analysis, the optimum modification conditions were determined as follows: CHPTA 50 g/L, NaOH 15 g/L, modified at 90 ℃ for 60 min; the optimal loading conditions: FePcS 0.4 g/L, pH=4,1oaded at 95 ℃ for 80 min. Under the optimum conditions, the loading amount of FePcS could reach 1.90%.
