胎儿系统超声检查与常规产科超声检查的价值探讨 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨胎儿系统超声检查在中晚期妊娠诊断胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院2004年1月至2005年12月765例中晚期孕妇进行的常规产科超声及胎儿系统超声检查结果。结果经胎儿系统超声检查,胎儿畸形检出率较常规产科超声检查明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其对微小畸形,如颜面部、指趾端、胎儿心脏畸形等具有较高阳性率。结论中晚孕期进行胎儿系统超声有利于早期发现胎儿畸形,从而对提高围产儿存活率及人口素质具有重要意义。 Objective To research the clinical diagnostic value of fetal system ultrasonography in medium-term and last gestational period. Methods The postnatal or induced labor files of 765 cases of fetal system ultrasonography from 2004 to 2005 were compared with those cases of routine obstetric ultrasonography,and then analysized. Results Through fetal system ultrasonography, the detection rate of fetal dysmorphosis increased compared with routine obstetric ultrasonography(P〈 0.05). Especially, the diagnostic sensitivity of minimal dysmorphosis was enhanced. For instance dysmorphic diagnostic sensitivity of fetal face, cerebral, finger and toe had higher positive rate. Conclusion General fetal system uhrasonography during medium-term gestational period may benefit to detect dysmorphosis before born and increase livability of peripartum and quality of natal population.
