关节镜下微骨折术治疗28例膝关节软骨损伤疗效观察

Observation on treatment of cartilage injury of knee by arthroscope microfracture in 28 cases

目的探讨关节镜下采用微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的手术方法和疗效。方法对28例（31膝）膝关节软骨损伤患者，采取关节镜下微骨折术治疗。结果所有病例均获随访，随访时间12～18个月，平均随访14．4个月。VAS评分从术前平均7．2分下降到术后3个月3．0分，术后6个月2．6分，术后12个月2．4分。Lysholm膝关节评分由术前平均42分提高到术后3个月67分，术后6个月83分，术后12个月87分。结论关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤操作简单，安全有效，可明显改善关节功能和减轻疼痛症状，提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect and method of microfracture technique under arthroscope for the treatment of cartilage injury of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Twenty-eight patients （31 knees） with osteoarthritis of the knee joint cartilage injury were performed microfracture technique under arthroscope surgery treatment. Results All patients were followed up for 12- 18 months,with an average follow-up of 14.4 months. The VAS score decreased from average 7.2 before surgery to 3. 0 in 3 months after operation,2.6 in 6 months and 2. 4 in 12 months after operation. The Lysholm knee score increased from average 42 before operation to 67 in 3 months,83 in 6 months and 87 in 12 months after operation. Conclusion The microfracture technique under arthroscope for the treatment of cartilage injury of knee osteoarthritis is simple,safe and effective. It can improve joint function,alleviate pain and improve the quality of life.
