39例面部皮肤恶性肿瘤根治切除任意皮瓣修复的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的不同皮瓣修复方法及效果。方法通过术前设计,术中冰冻指导,进行肿瘤根治性切除39例面部恶性肿瘤,根据病灶的部位和范围,扩大切除后分别应用"风筝"皮下蒂皮瓣、"A-T"皮瓣、旋转皮瓣、改良菱形皮瓣等方法修复创面。结果39例全部行肿瘤根治性切除随意皮瓣修复,伤口Ⅰ期愈合。随访6个月至4年,均未见复发,颜面部外观满意。结论面部恶性肿瘤根治性切除,并根据不同情况选用不同皮瓣修复创面,可取得较满意的外形及预后。
