摘要 采用等毒性配比法,研究了金属离子Cu2+和Zn2+对刺参幼参的联合毒性,并以Marking相加指数(AI)评价联合毒性效应。实验结果表明,当Cu2+和Zn2+以等毒性混合共存时,Cu2+对刺参幼参在24h、48h、72h和96h的半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为0.3517、0.2833、0.2495和0.2348mg/L;Zn2+对刺参幼参在24h、48h、72h和96h的LC50分别为5.0610、3.2234、2.4696和2.1635mg/L。由此可见,Cu2+对幼参的毒性大于Zn2+。二者以等毒性混合对刺参幼参在24h、48h、72h和96h的相加指数AI值分别为-0.9315、-1.4990、-1.8342和-2.0652,其对幼参24h、48h、72h和96h的联合毒性均为拮抗作用;并且随着暴露时间的延长,拮抗作用增强。 The combinative toxicity of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ to the juveniles of the sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) was tested by using the method of equitoxic ratio mixing, and the effects of combinative toxicity were evaluated with the Marking’s additive index (AI). The results showed: When the Apostichopus japonicus juveniles were exposed to equitoxic mixture, the median lethal concentrations (LC50) of Cu ^2+ at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours to the Apostichopus japonicus juveniles were 0.3517, 0.2833, 0.2495 and 0.2348 mg/L respectively, and LC50 of Zn^2+ were 5.0610, 3.2234, 2.4696 and 2.1635 mg/L, respectively. Thus it proved that Cu^2+ had higher toxicity than Zn^2+. The AI value of Cu^2+ with Zn^2+ at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours to the Apostichopusjaponicus juveniles were -0.9315, -1.4990, -1.8342 and -2.0652, respectively. The combinative toxicity of Cu^2+ with Zn^2+ at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours were all antagonistic effects, and antagonism increased with exposure time going.
