摘要
高产能气井在流动过程中,变流量信息强,湍流效应及测试工具节流效应等是总表皮系数增大的重要因素,其次还与射孔几何参数、产层部分打开及储层污染等因素有关。针对各环节产生的表皮效应,使用试井解释软件及节点动态分析软件联合处理,实现表皮系数分解。基于川东北高温高压高产气井HB2,开展了表皮系数分解及部分参数敏感性分析,剖析产生高表皮的主导原因,证实方法具有方便适用性,同时准确认识油气层的真正伤害程度,为后续的钻完井、措施改造提供了指导意义。
Flow rate usually varies greatly in high gas rate wells during flowing,turbulent flow effect and throttling effect etc.are important factors to increase skin factor,and perforation and partial penetration and so on also affect skin factor seriously.By using well test interpretation software and nodal analysis software the total skin factor is decomposed into different individual parts caused in different links.Skin decomposition and sensitivity analysis of some other parameters were conducted with the data of a high temperature and high pressure well,Well HB2,to find out the major causes producing serious skin effect.The example showed that the decomposition method is applicable and convenient to recognize the real damage of the reservoir and its seriousness and is an important guide for successor jobs such as completion and stimulation etc.of the well.
