摘要
试验用链霉素等10种抗生素对甘蓝型油菜品种陇油2号和白菜型油菜品种陇油3号的种子进行浸泡处理,以诱发突变。结果得到52株雄性不育株,其中从陇油2号中得到13株,从陇油3号中得到39株。现蕾期链霉素注射处理,只从陇油3号中得到3株不育株,在陇油2号中没有找到不育株。苗期喷施链霉素处理,只从陇油2号中得到4株不育株,而在陇油3号却没有发现不育株。
Ten types of antibiotics were used to treat two rapeseed cultivars, Longyou No.2 (B.napus L.) and Longyou No.3 (B. Campestris L.),to induce mutants in this experiment. As the result, 52 male sterile plants were obtained by soaking the rapeseeds in antibioties, 13 from Longyou No.2, and 39 from Longyou No.3. Streptomycin was also used to inject both Longyou No.2 and Longyou No.3 at bud stage, and 3 male sterile plants were gotten from Longyou No.3, but nothing from Longyou No.2. Streptomycin sprayed upon Longyou No.2 and Longyou No.3 in seedling stage, 4 male sterile plants were obtained from Longyou No.2 but nothing from Longyou No.3.
