摘要
研究结果表明,苹果树矮化中间砧对14C同化物质的运转有明显的滞阻作用。喂饲当年报制14C同化物质下运,翌年限制根系内14C同化物质上运。矮化中间砧段内积累较多14C同化物质,矮化中间砧苹果树地上都大部分时间14C同化物质含量显著高于根系,从而影响地上部和根系的生育、花芽分化、产量和果实品质。
The 14C transportation is retared due to function of dwarfing interstock. The transpirtationof 14C assimialtes content upward is inhibited by the interstock during the vegetative peried in the year,while hansportation downward is inhibited during the dormamt period in following year. 14C assimilatesremains a higher amount in dwarfing intertock, and was greatly higher in air part than in root and instandard stock. The dwarfing interstock retared assimilates transportation, then influence root, growth budformation, yield and fruit quality.
