Brief Analysis of the Influences of Gear Steel Quality and Heat Treatment on the Properties of Automobile Gear

齿轮是汽车的关键传动部件，决定着汽车的安全性和舒适性。汽车用齿轮的生产工艺复杂，影响其质量的因素较多，综述了齿轮钢质量及热处理工艺对汽车用齿轮性能的影响。

The gear is the critical transmission part of automobile and its quality decide the safe and comfort of automobile. The production process of automobile gear is complicated and there are many factors can affect the gear quality. In this paper, the influences of gear steel quality and the heat treatment on the properties of automobile gear are summarized.
