摘要
介绍了第二炼钢厂精品线材用坯工艺优化项目的生产实践。通过改进铁水脱硫工艺、改造铁水扒渣机及转炉底吹系统、使用声纳化渣设备、控制LF炉精炼渣系、改进连铸机二次冷却系统及优化配水曲线等一系列措施,提高了钢水的磷、硫控制水平和连铸坯质量。项目实施后,钢水洁净度得到提高,连铸坯表面及内部质量稳定,满足了精品线材用坯的质量要求。
The practice of production process optimization of the billet used for producing high quality wire rode in No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of Shougang is introduced. Through improuing the de-sulphur technology, reconstructing the slag removing machine, optimizing the bottom blowing lance system of BOF, using sonar technique for sleg reducing, controlling the slag system of LF refining process, and optimizing the secondary cooling system and water distribution curve of the continuous caster, the content control of phosphorus and sulphur and the quality of billet are improved. After the implementation of these countermeasures, the purity of liquid steel is improved and the surface and inner quality of billet is stable, which could meet the quality requirements in producing high quality wire rod.
