摘要
风机泵类机械在工农业生产中的应用十分广泛,其总耗电量约占全国用电量的40%.该类机械绝大部分通过档风板或阀门来调节风量和流量,节流功率损失很大.因此,减少风量或流量调节过程中的功率损失,对节能具有十分重要的意义.本文介绍了通过电动机调速来调节风量和流量的节能技术,并设计了一种简易的电子调压调速装置,试验表明具有较好的节能效果.
The machinery blast fan and pump is used widely in agricultural and industrial production. Its power consumption makes up about 40% of the total that goes into the nation's industry. Most of the machinery regulating blast and flow by means of the wind shield and the valve causes enormous throttle power loss. Therefor, reducing the power loss in the process of blast and flow regulation is of great significance to save energy. The paper is concerned with the energysaving technique in controlling blast and flow through regulating motor rotational speed, and also designs a simple electronic voltageregulating device. The test proves the device is of good energysaving effects.
