摘要
研究了蚕卵卵龄、蚕卵在电场中的放置状态以及极板面积对电晕人工孵化效果的影响,结果表明:蚕卵在产后25℃中保护20~25h进行电晕放电处理能得到最佳的孵化效果;蚕卵在电场中的放置状态对电晕处理效果影响不大;极板面积大的处理区的孵化成绩极显著低于极板面积小的处理区.
The hatching results were investigated after diapause eggs were stimulated with corona discharge according to different age of eggs, different laying state in electric field, and different area of plate electrode. The results showed that the best hatching effect could be obtained when diapause eggs were treated for 20-25 h preserved at 25 ℃ after oviposition. The laying state of silkworm eggs in electric field had a little effect on the hatching results. However, the hatching achievement for the large area of plate electrode was extremely worse than that of the small one.
