摘要
在四阶导数光谱法同时测定谷物样品之色氨酸和酪氨酸的过程中,用pH13的碱性溶液代替中性溶液非水解地处理样品,可以简便操作并消除芳香族氨基酸间的干扰.
A better approach to the determination of tryptophan and tyrosine in cereals by fourth derivative spectrophotometry was presented. Owing to the substitution of 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution of pH 13 for neutral solution in sample extract, the operation became more convenient and the interferences between aromatic amino acids were almost negligible.
