摘要
对电感耦合等离子体原子发射法测定高纯硒中13种元素的含量进行了研究,优化了最佳测定条件。
A method of determing 13 trace elemental impurities in high- purity selenium by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry is studied. The analytical optimum conditions are confirmed.
